Director, producer, writer and executive Jack Haley Jr., who documented the brightest stars and shows of Hollywood for more than 40 years and created the landmark Thats Entertainment!, died Saturday at UCLA-Santa Monica Hospital. He directed the 1970 film Norwood and the 1971 film The Love Machine. Two days before Jack Haley Jr.'s death, Buddy Ebsen at age 93 wrote his first book about "Kelly's Quest."
