He is survived by his loving wife of twenty years, Janice Brooks of Gautier, Mississippi, two children, (Kimberly (Tywan) Brooks-Gates and Jason Arnell Marshall Brooks, both of Mobile, Alabama; six step-children, Talishia Stewart of Columbia, South Carolina; Rodney Stewart, Kenyetta Brown, LaKendra Brown, Colin Brown, and Nacosha Brown all of Biloxi, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Sadie LianeyMarshall Brooks, Marcus Renard Jackson, Cameron Darnell Brooks, and Madison Marie Portis; ten step-grandchildren, Yazmin Cooper, Xander Cooper, Rodney Stewart Jr., Liam Stewart, Kadren Magee, Gabreanna Magee, Kaniya Jackson, and Miriam Morris, Jakai Brown, Sanyi Brown, Gregory Boyden, and Jayden Boyden, A host of other relatives and friends.
